
Dr. Felice Harris
is a dedicated therapist, personal and professional coach, and early childhood education leader. She has over twenty years of experience in nonprofit leadership, including fifteen years directing early childhood education programs and four years overseeing mental health programs. She also served on the Board of Directors for the Child Care Council of Westchester for several years. Her breadth of experience includes the implementation of new programming, organizational restructuring and rebranding, team building, training and professional development, and organizational growth. Felice holds a graduate degree in Social Work from Fordham University and a Graduate degree in Early Childhood Education Leadership from Bank Street College of Education. She also earned her doctorate in education from Saint John Fisher University's Executive Leadership Program. As a lifelong student and lover of education, Dr. Harris has also served as an adjunct professor at Marymount College, Fordham University, Monroe College, and EF Institute. She is a licensed psychotherapist, and she is trained in several evidence-based practices and pedagogy. Her area of expertise is in child behavior and family dynamics. Dr. Harris is a licensed ministry leader serving in her local church, as well as Dean of Education in the First Jurisdiction of Eastern New York Church of God in Christ, and various committees in the International Church of God in Christ, including the Mental Health Professionals Alliance. Felice is also active in the community. She serves on the Advisory Board for the Department of Community Resources for the Town of Greenburgh and the Mid-Hudson Early Childhood Leadership Initiative Advisory Council.
